That’s why we created our Life Skills Worksheets—free, printable tools designed to build real-world skills, boost self-confidence, and prepare young people for the challenges of adolescence and beyond.

These worksheets don’t just teach—they affirm, guide, and empower.

How to Use PXLB’s Family Hub Worksheets

A Simple Guide for Parents & Caregivers

Welcome to the PXLB Family Hub, where we provide free, printable resources to support your child’s emotional health, life skills, and personal growth. Whether you’re guiding a kindergartener through their big feelings or helping a teen build boundaries and confidence—this guide is here to help you make the most of every worksheet.


Step 2: Create a Wellness Binder

Help your child feel ownership of their growth by creating a space for their worksheets.

  • Use a 3-ring binder or folder
  • Separate worksheets by topic (Growth, Emotions, Anger, Boundaries, etc.)
  • Let your child decorate the cover
  • Keep blank paper for doodles, notes, or journaling


Step 3: Use Each Bundle With Intention

Here’s what’s inside the Family Hub and when to use it:

Growth Mindset for Kids

Use when your child needs a confidence boost or is afraid of making mistakes.
Teaches: Self-esteem, strengths, and learning from challenges

Anger Management Toolkit

Use when your child feels frustrated or acts out.
Teaches: Identifying triggers, calming techniques, and healthy expression

Coping Skills Worksheets

Use during transitions or moments of anxiety.
Teaches: Breathing, positive affirmations, grounding techniques

Worry Triangle Activities

Use when your child is nervous or overwhelmed.
Teaches: How thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected

Setting Boundaries Workbook

Step 4: Reflect Together

Turn worksheet time into a conversation:

  • “What did you learn about yourself today?”
  • “When did you feel strong or brave this week?”
  • “What helps you feel calm when you’re upset?”

You don’t have to solve every problem. Just listening builds trust.


Step 5: Celebrate Growth

  • Hang up positive affirmations or drawings
